The user is solely responsible for any decisions made based on content within the application. Arcana is not liable for any actions taken in reliance on readings.

2. Freemium Model

Arcana offers a free tier with limited daily readings. Users may expand their access through:

• Rewarded video ads — earn additional readings for free
• Premium subscription — unlimited access, no ads, advanced spreads

3. Subscription and Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on the selected plan. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled by the user. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a subscription period, except where required by applicable law.

4. User Conduct

By using Arcana, you agree to:

• Not attempt to fraudulently circumvent free-tier usage limits
• Not use the application for illegal purposes
• Provide accurate information when registering
